Whilst searching through scandinavian cultures and traditional cuisine I came across Snaps and Glogg, Its a traditional drink Snaps- Vodka and Glogg- Mulled wine ....these are traditional served with fish like herring. I really like this name and I like this association with fish which is the cuisine in which I will base the restaurant on. The two drinks plus fish bring a variety of colour palettes, textures and shapes in which I can work with to build a brand for the cafe.
