Screenprinting

Screenprinting the fish illustration for the watch cushion onto cotton fabric using two colours, blue fill and black line detail.

 -Royal blue R and white with a touch of Black BM.

-Paint for fork, Yellow K with Brown RM

Preperation for srceenprinting- pinning down fabric to bed.

Testing paint on fabric,  colour is too pale and translucent so we increased the ratio of paint to binder to make a more concentrated paint, also added more royal blue R.

Screen exposed and ready to print.
